BEGINNER SESSION
We are holding a special introduction to Tae Kwon Do for beginning students during the month of May. Interested students should come on Sundays May 4, 11, 18, and 25 at 3:00 pm for a series of 90-minute classes. No martial arts or athletic experience is necessary for these introductory classes.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art known for its graceful and powerful kicks, punches, and blocks.
Ji Do Kwan is a traditional, noncompetitive style of Tae Kwon Do practice.

Ji Do Kwan is challenging, beautiful, and can be used as an effective form of self-defense. Training is physically demanding, but because workouts start slowly and gain intensity gradually, beginners can develop the necessary strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance over time.

Northampton Tae Kwon Do is located at the Northampton Athletic Club, where our school has been based since 1997. Classes are free for all club members.

We currently offer three open classes each week. Beginners are welcome at all open classes. Please feel free to drop in if you have any questions or if you would like to watch or try a class.
